This “wellness” Vision Board event may be just the right motivation you need to start feeling good enough to take action towards your overall health and wellness goals.  Using vision boards is a very powerful way to ramp up efforts in achieving any goal. Vision boards are created by putting pictures of the things or circumstances (or what they represent) on a poster board (physical or digital) for the purpose of assisting one to activate the conscious mind and impress the subconscious mind to start moving towards that aim.

Come out and join Kilimanjaro Tribe (Kam Moe) & Green Goddess Beauty for a guided meditation session. I will offer a brief lesson on the ancient principle of Chakras; what they are and how balancing them can help you emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Then I will be leading a brief 15 minute grounding meditation. Afterwards Kam will be leading us all on a powerful manifestation session where we learn to apply his principles of intent, purpose, focus and expectation to create the lives we desire.
